About Morongo Valley

Morongo Valley is a small community located 20 minutes above downtown Palm Springs. It is eight miles long, and surrounded by scenic mountain vistas. At over 2500 feet elevation, it has much cooler temperatures than the low desert, as well as less humidity.

85% of Morongo Valley is zoned for 2.5 acres minimum lot size or greater, giving it a truly rural flavor. There are many horse ranches and riding/hiking trails to discover, not to mention the many friendly folks you will encounter along the way! Beautiful views are in all directions in this secluded valley, with the added convenience of having the low desert close at hand.

Our small community has several different areas and "lifestyles" to choose from. We have homes and land for sale in neighborhoods with mostly 1/2 acre lots, to horse properties and ranch homes in areas with five acre minimum lot sizes.
